Content Strategy System & Editorial Calendar

Marketing without a strategy is just noise. To make our content more impactful—and easier to scale—I created a content strategy system that included an editorial calendar, a content ideation menu, and a new framework for mapping content to business goals. My vision was to bring order, consistency, and strategic alignment to how we generate and distribute content, while giving teams a flexible framework they could actually use.

I created a scalable content strategy system to align Pariveda’s marketing efforts with our brand platform, business priorities, and campaign themes. This included a quarterly editorial calendar that mapped key assets by pillar (Innovative Tech Leadership, Purposeful Profit, Strategic Business Transformation), and a robust Content Ideation Menu to guide cross-functional content planning.

Results:

  • Built and launched a firmwide editorial calendar to visualize key content efforts across four quarters and three strategic pillars

  • Created a “Content Ideation Menu” with ready-to-run article topics, organized by asset type and theme, to streamline collaboration and spark meaningful contributions

  • Aligned marketing activities with brand messaging, strategic goals, and emerging campaign priorities

  • Reduced ad-hoc content requests by providing a proactive planning tool and shared content roadmap

  • Made it easier for stakeholders across the firm to pitch in with content that was both relevant and on brand

Evergreen Marketing Content

Not all content needs to be tied to a moment. I led the creation of an evergreen content strategy at Pariveda to ensure we always had high-quality, brand-aligned assets in rotation—no matter what campaigns were running. These pieces focused on our services, industries, values, and differentiators, providing a consistent foundation we could repurpose across social media, recruiting, client marketing, and internal communications.

I built a library of flexible content themes, wrote and designed core asset templates, and established a rotation plan to keep the evergreen queue fresh and strategic. It’s become one of our most reliable and efficient marketing systems.

Results:

  • Created an evergreen content library covering services, industries, company culture, DEI, and B Corp commitments

  • Developed reusable templates and messaging pillars for faster, more consistent content production

  • Enabled always-on marketing support for internal teams without needing custom content for every request

  • Increased engagement by mixing evergreen themes into social calendars (boosting consistency and cadence)

  • Strengthened Pariveda’s brand voice and presence across external platforms through repeatable, resonant stories
