Brand Photoshoot

One of the most powerful tools in a brand’s visual toolkit? People. As part of Pariveda’s brand rollout, I led a company-wide photoshoot to capture authentic, high-quality imagery that would reflect who we are—not just what we do. From location scouting to wardrobe direction to art direction on set, I shaped every aspect of the creative vision to ensure it felt warm, real, and unmistakably us.

The result was a vibrant, cohesive image library that now appears across our website, thought leadership, social media, recruiting materials, and internal communications; replacing stock imagery and elevating our brand presence everywhere we show up.

Results:

  • Directed brand-aligned photoshoots across multiple offices to reflect real team culture.

  • Developed visual guidelines for future shoots to ensure consistency at scale.

  • Delivered a searchable image library for internal teams, increasing ease-of-use and visual cohesion.

  • Helped shift the perception of the brand from corporate to human-centered.

  • Provided foundational imagery used in 100+ marketing and recruiting assets.

Sales Enablement Toolkit

Great design doesn’t live in a vacuum; it lives in proposals, conversations, and the materials teams use every day. As Creative Director, I led the vision and creation of the toolkit, including design, documentation, and rollout support. I collaborated with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to make sure the tools worked in real-world client conversations. This branded sales toolkit for Pariveda empowered client-facing teams to show up consistently, confidently, and on brand.

From redesigned PowerPoint templates to icon libraries, visual aids, and usage guidelines, I built the system and the assets to support real business needs—bridging the gap between brand strategy and day-to-day execution.

Results:

  • Equipped 500+ employees with easy-to-use tools that elevated client-facing materials

  • Replaced ad-hoc visuals with a system that felt intentional, on-brand, and high-quality
